AISI 316-L paslanmaz çeliğin yüzey işlemlerinde termo-kimyasal elektrolitik plazma teknolojisinin uygulanması

چکیده

Yüzey özelliklerinin iyileştirilmesinde elektrolit olarak ara-yer elementlerinin kimyasal bağlı olduğu bileşikler saf su içinde çözündürülerek kullanılmıştır. Elektrolitler suda çözünebilen N (azot) ve C (karbon) gibi element içeren inorganik tuzlardan seçilmiştir. 3 farklı oluşturulmuştur. Birinci H2N-CO-NH2, ikincisi NH4NO3 esaslı Elektrolit/316 L ara yüzeyinde 300V daha yüksek gerilim uygulanarak enerjili plazma Yüksek iyonize olan elementleri 316L yüzeyine difüze olmuştur. Elektrolitik difüzyon işlemleri, çözeltiler kullanılarak 316 paslanmaz çelik altlık için gerçekleştirilmiştir. Plazma süresi 5 saniye ile 30 dakika arasında İşlemler sonucunda yüzeylerin N, O fazlardan oluştuğu, artan süreye mesafesinin sertliğin arttığı gözlenmiştir
